Wandering the King Tides

Join San Diego Bird Alliance and UC San Diego Natural Reserve System for a unique King Tides event! Every year we come together to document the highest tides of the year at Kendall-Frost Marsh Reserve using Survey123, and this year, we’re adding a creative twist! 

We’re inviting plein-air painters to capture the marsh as it transforms throughout the day—every hour, leading up to the arrival of the King Tides. 

This event is open to all ages, with no prior experience necessary for participants. Come enjoy nature, witness the power of the tides, and be a part of this community effort! -Spanish language assistance will be available!
