Description

Help the California Least Tern, a federally endangered migratory seabird!

Join San Diego Bird Alliance and the local community as we come together for a restoration event at Mariner's Point, one of the state's Top10 productive nesting preserves. Our goal is remove vegetation (both native and non-native) to enhance the preserve to ensure it is suitable for the terns arrival in April. 

All supplies will be provided including tools, gloves, water and snacks, but come prepared in closed-toed shoes and bring a reusable water bottle and hat.

The closest address to the nesting site is 1215 Mariners Way, San Diego, CA 92109.
