Invasive Species Removal at Silverwood

Join us at San Diego Bird Alliance's beautiful Silverwood Wildlife Sanctuary on May 31st from 9 AM - 12 PM to help remove invasive plant species from the property! While the space is beautiful, it only stays that way if we regularly maintain the land. No experience with invasive removal needed, just an interest in preserving Silverwood and getting out into nature to protect our native ecosystems! Please bring water and snacks. Gloves, tools, and any other items that are needed for the removal will be provided!

Please arrive by 9 AM in the parking lot of the Silverwood Wildlife Sanctuary at 13003 Wildcat Canyon Road, Lakeside CA 92040. Plan on spending 3 hours in the field with us!
