Description

This free, guided, sunset bird outing led by Kyle will take place in the evening from 2:45pm to 4:45pm where we will explore the birding hot spot in the north east corner of Mission Bay. Rose Creek is home to wintering birds who migrate from their summer nesting grounds in Alaska and Canada.

Location change from previous bird outings: please meet us in the faculty parking lot of Mission Bay High on the east side of the school, adjacent to Grand Avenue overlooking the creek.

Do NOT turn on Lee St.

What to bring: binoculars if you have them, clothing layers, refillable water bottles and comfortable walking shoes.
