Thank you for choosing to volunteer for Love Your Wetlands Day! All volunteers will be asked to fill out the volunteer registration form. 

Volunteer Dates:  

• Wednesday, January 28th Zoom training (6pm-7pm): Learn about Love Your Wetlands Day and your role

• Saturday, January 31st On-Site Training (9am-10am): Get to know the site, and meet some fellow volunteers!

• Friday, February 6th (9am-5pm): Day before the event preparation (hours are flexible)

• Saturday, February 7th (7am-5pm)- Love Your Wetlands Day! Event is from 9am-2pm, and you will be offered a number of 2-hour long shifts that fit your schedule

All volunteers are able to select up to three preferred volunteer roles. Event planners will do their best to adjust volunteers into needed roles, while keeping preferences in mind.

• Groundwork Gurus: Site Preparation 
• Tee-rific Crew: Help with t-shirt sales, organizing sizes
• Plant Posse: Plant focused
• Bird Buddies: Bird focused
• Fin-tastic Friends: Fish focused
• Set-up Superstars: Event set-up/ clean up
• Paddle Pals: Marsh/kayak clean up support
• Info Ambassador: Informational Support 
• General Support: Don't mind what you get plugged into? Jump in where we need you!
