Summary

Find and photograph native bees at Silverwood

Description

Take part in the inaugural Bee-o-Blitz organized by the California Native Bee Society

We will find and photograph bees and upload them to iNaturalist.org.

Bring a camera or cell phone (with the iNaturalist app downloaded). We will walk around the preserve slowly, while watching the flowers and path for native bees. The native flowers support a variety of bee species, including many really gorgeous, colorful species.

Download the iNaturalist app on your phone: App Store and Google Play
