Native Plant Fall Garden Celebration

Through the “Native Plant Invasion” campaign, the San Diego Audubon Society is partnering with Mosaic Community Garden of Chula Vista to create a native plant garden that aims to be beautiful, accessible, and functional to the community. This garden will provide an educational space for everyone to gain knowledge about and interact with the native plants in Chula Vista. This is in addition to providing a space for the community to grow fresh food!

JUST ADDED: 10 AM Native Seed Sowing workshop with the California Native Plant Society San Diego!

Join us in celebrating the addition of a native plant garden to this local community garden with:

-Learning about native plants and vegetable gardening
-Composting your Halloween pumpkins!
-Children's activities with partnering organizations
-Raffle
